For many years, I have had the privilege of performing and creating on some of the world’s most celebrated stages. Today, I bring that same artistry, discipline, and reverence for detail into the kitchen. Cooking has always been my most personal form of expression, a devotion to flavor, texture, fragrance, and the emotional memory of food. My culinary style is shaped by heirloom family recipes, global travels, and decades of hosting and entertaining at an exceptional level.

Along the way, I have been honored with national television awards and appearances — including MasterChef USA — experiences that refined not only my palate, but my standards. I now accept a limited number of private culinary commissions each season. Every event is personally curated and prepared by me, from the first tasting to the final garnish.
